Understand
Listen across leadership, management and delivery teams. Establish business goals, culture, policy constraints, process realities and measures of success.
Our approach
We work closely with the stakeholders who will shape and use the result—not simply the people signing off a project.
How an engagement works
Every engagement is planned around the organisation’s real operating environment. For appropriate assignments, we begin with an on-site discovery period, speaking to senior leaders and the teams affected by the work before committing to a solution.
Listen across leadership, management and delivery teams. Establish business goals, culture, policy constraints, process realities and measures of success.
Create bespoke options and select a solution that fits your people, regulatory environment, budget and operational capacity.
Develop the policies, structures, workflows, systems or interventions, with milestones, stakeholder feedback and clear accountability.
Support communications, rollout, handover and capability transfer; agree how successful adoption will be evaluated within the project scope.
The first week
Our preferred start for substantial assignments is an intensive discovery week, including on-site conversations with the stakeholders affected by the change. We test assumptions, surface exceptions and understand what might stop a solution working.
Discovery arrangements are agreed to suit the project, location and client operating environment.
