Who we would like to meet
Experience, expertise and a client-first mindset.

Professionals with a track record in major consultancy environments, independent consulting or complex client projects.
Deep specialists
Recognised experts across reward, employee relations, HR technology, workforce transformation or other people disciplines.
As a guide, we generally look for approximately seven to ten years or more of relevant experience. Exceptional specialist capability is also welcome.
